How do I return or exchange?
For returns and exchanges, click the help center in the footer site and follow the prompts. You will receive a prepaid shipping label with a tracking number in the mail. Please use this label so that we can identify the item and issue you a refund.
What items are returnable?
You can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days from when your order was RECEIVED.
Please ensure your VonShults gloves and mittens are unworn and unwashed. If you receive worn, washed, damaged gloves/mittens or damaged individual packaging back, your return will be refused and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
*Gift cards, free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
Yes, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. The return shipping fee is $9.39 from the US address and $13.39 from the Canadian address and is applied for each order. Please note that a delivery fee will be subtracted from the total amount of your order refund
How soon will I get my refund?
Please allow up to two weeks to fully process returns and exchanges.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within roughly 5-7 working days. Additional processing time may depend on your bank.
